The Story

Marion Bert was born from a desire to combine my years of experience, qualifications, and lifelong passion for working with children into something truly personal. My background includes years as a live-in and live-out nanny, behavioral therapist, house manager, and paraeducator in special education. Through each role, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of children and families—and a genuine love for what I do. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, understood, and cared for, whether by family or by a trusted caregiver who becomes an extension of that family. As Marion Bert grows, I hope to offer specialized training to our candidates, ensuring each caregiver is thoughtfully equipped to meet the unique needs of every family they serve.
